The most common fish on their menu is the Alaska pollock \u2013 its annual consumption is 2.7 kg per person. They also like to eat <b>herring, mackerel, cod and salmon<\/b>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"infocell\">\n<h3>Blue grenadier<\/h3>\n<p>contains 15 g of wholesome protein and can be consumed as a full-fledged substitute of red meat or poultry.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"inforow\">\n<div class=\"infocell\">\n<h3>Alaska pollock<\/h3>\n<p>has low tendency to accumulate mercury.  Eating Alaska pollock is recommended for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. It is safe for the fetus - it does not cause harm to its brain or kidneys.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"infocell\">\n<h3>Cod<\/h3>\n<p>was the cause of many wars, most recently in the 2nd half of the 20th century.  Fortunately there were no casualties.
